Security and identity verification

Before the first withdrawal Quotex asks for identity verification. This is standard on any financial platform and prevents someone else from withdrawing in your name. Here is what to send and how to keep the account protected.

Accepted documents

  • ID: national ID, driver's license or passport, readable photo of both sides.
  • Proof of address: utility bill or bank statement from the last 3 months.
  • Payment method: if you used a card, a photo with the middle digits covered may be requested.

How to submit

  1. Profile → Verification.
  2. Photograph documents in good light, without cropping edges.
  3. Submit and wait. Stated timing is from a few hours to 3 business days.

Tip: do it right after your first deposit, not when you need to withdraw.

Protect the account

  • Enable two-factor authentication in Profile → Security.
  • Unique password, not reused from other sites.
  • Be suspicious of WhatsApp/Telegram messages offering "signals", "bots" or a Quotex "manager". Quotex does not offer that and it is the most common scam in this niche.
  • Only use the official site qxbroker.com (or the domain support indicates) — copy the address from your dashboard, not from social media ads.
